What RLG is, and is not. TradeAgentic.ai software is licensed by RLG, LLC. RLG is not a
registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant,
commodity trading advisor or bank, and it is not registered with the
SEC,
FINRA,
the CFTC, the NFA or any state securities regulator. The software runs on your own
computer and generates and executes trading decisions in your own brokerage account,
without asking you first, under settings you choose. RLG does not see your account,
your holdings or your circumstances, does not tailor the software to you and does not
give personalized investment advice. The software's decisions are not recommendations
by RLG, nothing on this site recommends any particular security, option or digital
asset, and examples shown are illustrative. Nothing here is legal, tax or accounting
advice. No fiduciary, advisory or brokerage relationship arises from licensing the
software. Whether autonomous trading, or any setting of it, suits you is a judgment
only you, or a licensed adviser you engage, can make.
You are the trader. The software is licensed to operators and firms who
run it themselves, on their own hardware, using their own brokerage accounts, their
own API credentials and their own capital. TradeAgentic.ai does not hold customer funds or
securities, does not have custody of or discretionary authority over any account,
does not place orders on any person's behalf, and cannot access any licensee's
account. Every order originates from the licensee's own account and remains the
licensee's sole responsibility.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Trading equities, options and
digital assets is speculative, carries a high degree of risk and is not suitable for
every person. You may lose some or all of your capital, and losses can exceed
deposits in a margin account. Options involve additional risks including assignment
and total loss of premium; read the OCC publication Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before trading them. Digital assets are volatile, may trade on
venues with limited regulatory protection, and are generally not covered by SIPC or
FDIC protection. Only risk capital should ever be deployed.
Performance and results. No representation is made that any account will or
is likely to achieve any particular result. Backtested, simulated and hypothetical
results are not actual trading and have inherent limitations: they are prepared with
the benefit of hindsight, do not involve financial risk, and cannot account for all
market factors, including liquidity and execution, that affect live trading. Past
performance, whether actual, simulated or backtested, is not indicative of future
results. Any figures shown are illustrative.
No affiliation, partnership or endorsement. TradeAgentic.ai is an independent
software company. References to brokerages, exchanges, market data providers,
operating systems, regulators or other third parties are for identification and
interoperability only, and do not imply any partnership, joint venture, agency,
sponsorship, affiliation, certification or endorsement in either direction. No third
party named on this site has reviewed, approved or endorsed the software or its
results. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of their
respective owners. Your brokerage relationship is solely between you and your
broker, governed by their agreements, and your broker is not responsible for the
software.
Your compliance obligations. Licensees are solely responsible for
determining whether their use is lawful and for meeting every applicable obligation,
including securities and commodities laws, margin and intraday margin
requirements, market data entitlements and their professional or non-professional
classification, registration requirements that may apply to trading for others,
recordkeeping, and all tax reporting. Firms deploying the software for or on behalf
of clients may trigger registration, custody, suitability and fiduciary obligations,
and must obtain their own regulatory advice before doing so.
Software provided as is. The software is provided without warranty of any
kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free
operation. Automated systems can and do fail, including from software defects,
hardware failure, connectivity loss, power interruption, operating system changes,
brokerage or exchange outages, market data errors or halts, and adverse market
conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAgentic.ai and its personnel are
not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of
or inability to use the software, however caused. Nothing here excludes liability
that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Market data and third-party content. Market data is supplied by third
parties, is subject to their terms and entitlement requirements, and may be delayed,
incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided for the licensee's own use and may not be
redistributed.
Jurisdiction and forward-looking statements. This site is directed to
persons in the United States. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation in any
jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful, or to any person to whom it
would be unlawful to make it. Statements about future capability, including
additional brokerage support, are forward-looking, reflect present intentions only,
and are not commitments.
Your machine and your credentials. The software runs on hardware you
control and connects using brokerage API credentials you supply. Securing that
machine is your responsibility, including operating system updates, disk
encryption, physical access and the account it runs under. Credentials are held
in your operating system's credential store and are never transmitted to us,
which also means we cannot see, recover, reset or revoke them. If you believe a
machine or a credential has been compromised, revoke the keys at your brokerage
immediately, and be aware that only you can do so.
