The short version

This site runs Google Analytics to measure traffic, which sets first-party cookies in your browser. It carries no advertising, no session recording and no cross-site tracking, and nothing is sold to anyone. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to type into the inquiry form.

Who is responsible

This site and the TradeAgentic.ai product are operated by RLG, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. RLG, LLC is the data controller for the information described here.

RLG, LLC

Contact us through the inquiry form for any question about this policy or your data, or write to the address above.

What we collect, and why

If you submit the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, firm, area of interest and message you enter. We use them only to answer you and to discuss licensing. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use them for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where the law requires a basis for processing, ours is legitimate interest: responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch.

Who else sees it

  • Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions on our behalf. As with any web host, its servers log routine technical data such as IP address, browser and requested page, for security and delivery. Netlify acts as our processor and transfers may involve the United States.
  • Typefaces are served from this site’s own domain. No font request goes to Google or any other third party, and Apple devices use their built-in system typeface without downloading anything.

Google Analytics is the only third-party script on this site, and Google receives the data its tag collects and processes it under its own terms. Nobody else receives your information. There is no advertising network, no session recording, no chat widget and no accessibility overlay. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking the domain, and the site works normally either way.

Stored in your browser

If you change anything under Display options in the footer, your choice of text size, contrast, motion and appearance is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and clearing your site data removes it. Nothing else is stored on your device.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while a licensing conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Residents of the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area hold these rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR; residents of California hold comparable rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any of these, contact us through the inquiry form. You also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No trading account credentials are ever entered on this site; the software itself keeps broker keys in your operating system credential store and transmits nothing to us. What the software itself sends, and to whom, is listed below.

What the software sends

The licensed software sends nothing to RLG. It connects outbound to your broker (orders and account data), your market-data sources, and public data sources its strategies read. Three features send data elsewhere, and each is off unless you turn it on: the AI review, which sends each reviewed trade candidate (symbol, side, prices, size), summary account figures (such as equity and the number of open positions), recent price history and periodic summaries of the decision record to Anthropic's API under your own API key and Anthropic's terms; remote monitoring, which sends account snapshots to a relay you configure; and the signal webhook, which opens an authenticated inbound endpoint so your own alerts can reach the desk. In live mode the software also places and closes one small real order, about $10.50, at your cost, to prove the order path.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and professional operators and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
